How Pricing Works: Computing Credits
MMM Pilot uses a credit system because different analyses require different amounts of computing power. You pay for the processing time you actually use. +1

- Quick Data Check (1-2 Credits): A fast, 30-minute run. Use this to verify your data format and see a rough initial model. You will need a few of these, while you’re optimizing your model.
- Standard Analysis (~8-12 Credits): A robust ~2 hour run. Best for creating your monthly performance reports.
- Deep Optimization (~20+ Credits): An intensive 3-5 hour process. The AI tests thousands of options to find the absolute best model fit. Recommended when you have a stable model and you need maximum accuracy.

- Use Your Allowance Your subscription credits are used first. These reset every billing cycle, providing a consistent baseline for your regular reporting.
- Scale with Add-ons When you need to run deeper iterations or multiple projects, purchase a Refuel package. These credits sit in your wallet and never expire, automatically kicking in once your monthly allowance is used.
- Optimized Billing Because different models require different computational power, you only burn credits based on the complexity of the job—ensuring you pay for value, not just time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there feature differences between plans? No. We believe you should have the best tools regardless of your size. Both plans include full access to AI analysis, export capabilities, and all modeling features. The differences are the included credits (processing power), storage limits, and the cost of Fuel Packs.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-analysis? We calculate an estimated credit cost before you start every run. If the analysis ends up taking longer than predicted and uses more credits than you have available, we won’t stop the engine. Your run will execute and finish normally.
Why are there storage limits? Marketing Mix Modeling generates large files—gigabytes of plots, results, and datasets. We cover the cost of securely hosting these files. To stay within your limit, you can always delete experimental or “trial” runs that you no longer need. This helps keep your project dashboard tidy and frees up space for your most important results.
What happens to my data if I cancel? We respect your data ownership. If you cancel, your account enters a “frozen” state for 30 days. You can download your reports and CSVs during this time. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers to free up storage space.
