MMM Pilot uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed based on processing time — 1 credit = 15 minutes of analysis time. Buy credits through a subscription plan and top up with one-time Refuel packs whenever you need more runway.
How the Credit System Works
Credits give you direct, transparent control over your spending. You see an estimated credit cost before every run — no hidden charges, no surprises.
Credit Types
| Type | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Recurring Credits | Included with your monthly subscription. Reset at the start of each billing cycle — unused recurring credits do not carry over. |
| Perpetual Credits | Purchased separately through Refuel packs. Never expire and carry over indefinitely between billing cycles. |
Deduction Order
When a run completes successfully, credits are consumed in this order:
- Recurring credits first — They expire at the end of the billing cycle, so the system uses them before anything else.
- Perpetual credits second — Only consumed once recurring credits are exhausted.
Your Available Balance
The platform displays three credit figures at all times:
- Recurring — Credits remaining from the current billing cycle.
- Perpetual — Credits from your Refuel pack purchases.
- Available — Total usable credits right now (recurring + perpetual).

Refuel Packs — Never Run Out Mid-Analysis
When you need more credits than your subscription provides, the Refuel Store has you covered with one-time credit packs that never expire.
How to Purchase
- Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Refuel Store section.
- Select a pack size.
- Complete the purchase.
- Perpetual credits are added to your account immediately.
Key Details
- Refuel credits are perpetual — they never expire, no matter when you use them.
- Credits are only deducted upon successful run completion — failed runs are never charged.
- You can purchase multiple packs at any time.
- Packs are available in different sizes to match varying workloads.
Team Billing
For team workspaces, billing is managed at the organisation level with a shared credit pool — no need to track credits across individual accounts.
How It Works
- The team shares a single credit pool used for all runs within the team workspace.
- When any team member completes a run, credits are deducted from this shared pool.
- Only team Owners can manage billing, purchase Refuel packs, or change the subscription plan.
Visibility
- All team members can view the current credit balance.
- Only Owners see transaction history and billing management controls.
Transaction History
The Billing page displays a full, chronological log of all credit activity — so you always know exactly where your credits went.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the transaction occurred |
| Description | What the transaction covered (e.g., “Analysis Run — Project Name”) |
| Amount | Credits added (positive) or consumed (negative) |
| Balance | Running credit balance after the transaction |
